I co-founded D&D AI Solutions, and I still write code.
That combination is rarer than it should be. I started in 1994 selling WAN products at Triple-P, became CTO of World Online, ran the technical side of Endemol Interactive, and spent a year in Palo Alto as VP of International Technology at Playlist.com. Then a decade in e-commerce and performance marketing — SEA, SEO, DSP, analytics — because a platform nobody can find is not a platform.
What I do now is industrial. We put AI where it has to survive a factory floor: vision inspection, digital twins, inventory intelligence, workplace safety. None of it is a demo. It runs next to machines that do not stop because software is having a difficult morning.
I build what we ship — architecture, database, deployment, and the servers underneath it. I am in it daily, and I would not sell a system I could not maintain myself. ZeroIncidents, our workplace safety platform, is one of those: existing cameras, edge AI, alerts before an incident rather than a report afterwards.
Dutch, based in France, working in Dutch, English and German. Thirty years of shipping things has taught me that the model is never the hard part. It is everything around it.
